Job descriptionWork in an award-winning, high-end boutique voted "Best of the Best" in Palm Springs. Be part of a team that hosts exclusive celebrity events and draws a sophisticated clientele. Gain valuable retail experience in a creative, supportive, and fast-paced environment. Opportunities for year-round employment based on proven performance and sales results. A warm, approachable personality with a passion for customer engagement and storytelling. Strong communication skills and the ability to retain detailed product knowledge. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus, but an eagerness to learn and a can-do attitude are even more important. Must be able to quickly adapt to an ever changing environment and support store needs in various aspects. Starting pay : $17 / hour Hours vary based on performance and store needs. Scheduled shifts may run anywhere from 3 hours to 8 hours. Seasonal roles run mid-September through the second week of January, with opportunity for permanent employment.

Join the team at Just Fabulous, voted "Best of the Best" Book and Gift Boutique, located in the heart of the vibrant Palm Springs Uptown Design District! Known for our curated collection of books, gifts, and specialty treasures, we're also the home of several celebrity book signings and exclusive in-store events that draw locals and visitors alike.
We're seeking enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to help create a magical holiday shopping experience for our loyal clientele and seasonal visitors.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service that keeps our guests returning year after year.
- Build relationships with customers and help them discover unique books, art and gifts.
- Engage with cliental to build strong, ongoing relationships that go beyond simple transactions.
- Support the creation of stunning holiday displays that showcase our award-winning curation.
- Offer elegant gift-wrapping services to enhance every purchase.
- Prep, stock, and maintain merchandise so the store always looks polished and ready.
- Be part of the excitement during high-profile events and celebrity signings.
