Job descriptionProvide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to assist with on-site needs. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment. Observe the premises for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits within the location. Support Allied Universal in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while upholding security-related standards of the hotel and resort environment. Document incidents and report all security-related matters in accordance with the established procedures. At least two years of security-related experience is required. Experience with customer service, access control or badge systems, loss prevention, and using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a highly visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with guests and staff, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.
