Sales & Project Manager Custom Pool & Outdoor Living Design

Were seeking a driven Sales & Project Manager to join our team in designing and managing stunning custom swimming pools and outdoor living spaces across St. Petersburg and Tampa, Florida.

Youll guide clients through every step from the first design conversation to the final walk-through ensuring a seamless experience and exceptional results.

What Youll Do

• Meet with clients to understand their vision and develop tailored pool and outdoor designs.
• Present proposals, close sales, and manage the project handoff to construction.
• Maintain client communication and oversee material selections and design details.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and service teams to ensure quality and timelines.
• Attend weekly project meetings and assist with site visits when needed.
• Submit contracts, deposits, and project documents promptly for accurate tracking and payouts.
