Monday Friday schedule with minimal weekend call (1 : 3)
Single-hospital call coverage
Work across both Douglasville and Hiram offices
Established team of 5 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers
Manage approximately patients per day
Services include colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, ERCP, EUS, video capsule endoscopy, and more
Practice autonomy with the backing of a robust admin and clinical infrastructure
Growth pathways including equity ownership and partnership
Work Schedule
Shift Type : Day shift, Monday through Friday
Weekend Call : 1 : 3 (single hospital)
On-Call Requirements : Shared call schedule with full APP and physician team support
Compensation & Benefits
Highly competitive compensation based on experience and training (discussed during interview)
wRVU-based production bonuses
Sign-on bonus or comprehensive relocation stipend
Partnership and ownership track typically within 2 years (includes UD equity and Endoscopy center ownership)
