Role description
Arcadis is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager to support our Federal Program. This position is designed for an individual with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction, environmental, remediation, or safety field and is familiar with heavy equipment operation and large-scale remedial / construction activity at Federal facilities. This position can be based anywhere in the U.S. and will require up to 30% travel to project sites throughout the U.S.
As a Federal HSE Manager with Arcadis, you will collaborate with project teams and contribute to safety processes and procedures, add value through insight to improve and audit processes, and assist in preparation and review of proposals, reports, and accident prevention plans (APPs). You will review scopes of work and provide H&S statistics, and gain experience across environmental projects for diverse market sectors. Career growth is tied to your skills and drive for success.

Salary range for this position is $94,944 - $185,616. Actual salaries vary based on experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
