MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Manager with 4-7 years of professional experience to oversee and drive IT transformation initiatives.

The role requires expertise in managing complex technical projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring project delivery meets organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring experience in network operations, systems analysis, and technology assessments, coupled with a strong foundation in project and risk management.

Key responsibilities include managing IT transformation projects, developing and maintaining project schedules, conducting risk assessments, overseeing quality management processes, preparing and delivering project performance reports, providing programmatic support, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring alignment of project objectives with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Technical expertise includes proven experience in network operations, systems analysis, system design, technology assessments, programmatic and acquisition planning processes, schedule development, risk management, quality management, performance tracking, and proficiency in project management tools.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field and 5 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of directly relevant professional experience without a degree, minimum of 5 years' experience managing IT transformation projects, at least 2 years of experience in NetOps C2, systems analysis, technology assessments, or programmatic support, and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent priorities.
