Job description

At Eye Care For You, we strive to provide the best care for our patients. We are committed to delivering personalized care in a friendly and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Scheduling appointments and calling patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
  • Answer phone calls
  • Greeting patients,  checking in patients, confirming insurance
  • Operating copiers, fax machines, and scanners
  • Taking payments
  • Filing charts
  • Maintaining a clean and sterile work environment
  • Perform preliminary eye tests
  • Inputting patient's data into electronic medical records

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in eye care is a plus, but not required
