As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a government location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents. Your visible presence and exceptional customer service will contribute to a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as needed, and communicate clearly with the public and your team. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and promote a secure environment for employees, visitors, and the public.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.

Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and local authorities as needed, representing Allied Universal in a positive manner.

Follow all site-specific post orders and directives provided by Allied Universal and the client.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
