Experienced RNs with no OR experience will join the residency

We understand you have invested time and resources into becoming a great nurse. Likewise, Mercy wants to invest in you as you answer your calling!

Mercy OR conducts a variety of cases including Orthopedics, Neurology, General Services. RNs are typically hired into one of these specialty pods, and may have the opportunity to cross-train to other pods in the department.

Residency program is 5 months with one month mentorship. After residency, RN moves into a mentorship which is specialty training for their new service line.

Proposed Schedule : Three 12s, Four 10s or Five 8s (Days)

Qualifications

Required Education : Nursing Degree from an accredited school

License : current RN license in the state of Missouri.

Certifications : BLS required.

Annual contribution of $100 per month to eligible co-workers enrolled in the Dependent Care FSA
