Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager (Network Orchestration).

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and grow an engineering team of 8+ to enhance payer visibility and patient-provider matching

Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to iterate on product features through A / B testing

Develop team members through mentorship and feedback while contributing to the company strategy and product roadmap

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager in a high-growth startup or scale-up

3-5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer

Strong product mindset with experience in building cross-functional relationships

Technical foundation to guide appropriate technical decisions within the team

BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
