Responsibilitie
- Managing a full caseload of pre-litigation matters
- Evaluating liability, damages, and treatment plans
- Drafting and reviewing demand packages
- Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Communicating regularly with clients regarding case progress
- Collaborating with a full support team including case managers, demand writers, and lien negotiators
- Maintaining detailed notes and case activity in the firm's legal CRM (Litify)
