CBRE is looking for a facility Maintenance Technician at a large Multinational Food Packing and Processing facility in Denton, TX who will take pride in keeping buildings running like clockwork. CBRE is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems including mechanical and electrical components. This role supports energy efficiency, ensures compliance with safety codes, and assists with equipment installations and modifications. Ideal candidates have basic mechanical experience, strong organizational skills, and the physical ability to handle manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
