Role Overview
We are seeking a Director of Retail Sales to lead all aspects of our retail business across the United States, driving robust sales growth, ensuring a consistent, premier store experience, and providing insights on customer and market trends.
In this role, you will :
Client Engagement and Store Experience
- Cultivate a proactive selling culture focused on building long-term client relationships through best-in-class customer service
- Prioritize service and selling through training, coaching, and personal involvement
- Elevate and update the look and feel of the stores regularly to maintain aesthetic freshness and drive repeat visits
Leadership
Develop teams to deliver exceptional customer experiencesLead with integrity, promoting Flight Clubs culture and valuesCommunicate and delegate key responsibilities to store managersEvaluate store performance and provide strategic coaching to meet business goalsDesign and implement retention and succession plans for store teamsRepresent and advocate for the Flight Club brand in all interactionsStrategic Focus
Convey the companys vision and strategy effectively to all teamsDevelop and execute innovative strategies to achieve short-term and long-term objectivesWork closely with the General Manager and cross-functional partners to ensure alignmentMake decisions that reflect the companys priorities and valuesBrand and Industry Awareness

10+ years of management experience in high-end multi-unit retailBachelors degree preferredDemonstrated ability to think strategically and focus on delivering resultsExcellent communication and leadership capabilitiesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to think broadly and from multiple perspectivesProven success in attracting and nurturing top talentAbility to travel (50%)Hiring Range : $133,000 - $167,000 USD
