Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Infant Teacher to join our team. As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. Your role will involve implementing an age-appropriate curriculum, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a love for learning and exploration in toddlers. Must have infant experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• ? Implement dynamic, engaging lesson plans that align with the early childhood curriculum
• ? Provide a variety of interactive and hands-on learning experiences through play, storytelling, sensory activities, arts and crafts, music, movement, and more
• ? Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all children feel valued and respected
• ? Monitor, document, and assess each child's progress, using observation and assessment tools, and provide detailed feedback to parents and caregivers
• ? Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive, well-rounded educational program
• ? Use effective classroom management and positive reinforcement techniques to promote positive behaviors
• ? Offer individualized attention to children who may require additional support or early intervention
• ? Maintain accurate and organized records of student attendance, development milestones, and progress reports
• ? Communicate regularly and effectively with parents or guardians to discuss their child's growth, milestones, and any concerns

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• ? Strong early literacy and language development skills to encourage verbal and cognitive growth in young children
• ? Proficiency in classroom behavior management and positive guidance techniques
• ? Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare, preschool, or early education setting
• ? Solid knowledge of early childhood development, age-appropriate teaching methods, and best practices
• ? Ability to create and deliver an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth
• ? Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
• ? CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) but will get you certified if need be
