Summary : As the Training Lead, this role will be responsible for leading and facilitating training programs focused on Oracle Cloud ERP products, ensuring participants across the organization acquire essential skills and knowledge. The Training Lead will develop comprehensive training strategies in collaboration with the organization's Change Lead, oversee and mentor other trainers, and ensure alignment of employees to appropriate courses. Additionally, they will manage Train the Trainer (TTT) and end-user training delivery, coordinating events, schedules, and tracking attendance.
