We are seeking three detail-oriented and technically proficient OT Surveyors to conduct comprehensive surveys of Operational Technology (OT) devices and applications across multiple production lines. This role is critical for mapping the current OT landscape, understanding device interactions, and supporting future optimization and security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- On-Site Surveys :
- Visit designated production plants daily.
- Conduct structured walkthroughs across various production lines (approx. 6 hours / day).
- Identify and assess OT devices and applications in use.
- Data Collection & Documentation :
- Perform detailed surveys to evaluate device functionality, usage patterns, and performance metrics.
- Document how OT devices and applications interact within the existing ecosystem, including network connectivity, data flow, and dependencies.
- Capture high-quality photographs of each device for visual documentation.
- Enter all collected data into standardized templates provided by the project team (approx. 2 hours / day).
- Technical Proficiency :
- Demonstrate strong understanding of OT systems, including device management, protocols, and industrial control systems.
- Ensure accurate identification and classification of OT assets.
Required Skills & Experience :
Proven experience in OT environments, preferably within manufacturing or industrial settings.Familiarity with industrial devices such as PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, sensors, and actuators.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.Comfortable using digital tools for data entry and photography.Deliverables :
Daily survey reports with completed templates.Photographic documentation of all identified OT devices.Summary of device interactions and ecosystem mapping.Final consolidated report at the end of the 4-week engagement.
