Senior Staff Accountant
The Senior Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of accounting information. This position involves researching account issues for compliance and developing quality control functions over financial transactions.
Responsibilities :
- Manage month-end close activities, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, and various reporting functions.
- Conduct revenue recognition review and make necessary adjustments for close.
- Research and investigate accounts, maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, and conduct variance analysis.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Participate in the development and review of annual operating budgets.
- Assist in quarterly, interim, and year-end financial processes.
Essential Skills :
At least 3-5 years of accounting experience with SAP in the manufacturing industry.Strong technical accounting knowledge.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and V-lookups.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Additional Skills & Qualifications :
CPA or CMA certification preferred.Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is strongly preferred.Experience in cost accounting is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Highly detail-oriented and organized.Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.Work Environment :

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 / yr.
