Unit : Cath Lab – Cost Center 746\nShift : Days | 6 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM\nStart Date : ASAP\nAssignment Length : 13 Weeks\n\nUnit Information\n\nFacility : St. Mark’s Hospital\nAddress : 1200 E 3900 South, Salt Lake City, UT\nFloor : 2nd Floor – Cath Lab\nBuilding : Main Hospital\n\nAbout the Unit\n\nNumber of Labs : 2\n\nTotal Staff : 15\n\nDay Shift Staffing : 6–8\n\nNight Shift : On-call coverage\n\nDaily Case Volume : Variable, 5–15 cases / day\n\nEquipment : GE\n\nEMR : EPIC / Merge\n\nSkills & Experience Requirements\nMust-Have Skills (required for consideration)\n\nDiagnostic & interventional scrubbing with cardiologist\n\nIABP / Impella experience\n\nPreferred Skills (priority consideration)\n\nRota\n\nTAVR\n\nWatchman\n\nMitraClip\n\nCommon Procedures\n\nDiagnostic angiograms\n\nPCIs\n\nSTEMIs\n\nStructural heart procedures\n\nCertifications (Required)\n\nRCIS, RT, CVT, or RN who scrubs\n\nAdditional Details\nBest Personality Fit\n\nFlexible\n\nTeam -oriented\n\nStrong work ethic\n\nFloating\n\nNone\n\nDress Code\n\nNavy scrubs (provided by facility)\n\nWeekends / Call Requirements\n\nApproximately 10 call days per assignment\n\nMust include at least 1 weekend per month
