Job descriptionHealth, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance : Provided Disability Coverage (STD / LTD) : Included Paid Time Off : 5 weeks of vacation per year Continuing Medical Education (CME) : $4,500 annual allowance + 5 CME days Malpractice Insurance : Occurrence policy (no tail coverage required) Retirement Plans : 401k / Roth and 457b options available Membership Association Fees : Reimbursement for two associations Clinic Hours : 8 AM - 5 PM Patient Volume : 18-20 patients per day Electronic Medical Records : EPIC Scope of Practice : Outpatient only, no OB Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment. Develop and implement personalized care plans to address the medical, emotional, and social needs of patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and support staff, to ensure seamless and holistic patient care. Utilize EPIC EMR to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Maintain a strong commitment to quality care, patient satisfaction, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines. Job Title : Family Medicine Outpatient Physician (No OB)

Compensation & Benefits :
- Base Compensation : $240,000
- Earning Potential : $350,000+
- Stipend for Residents : $2,000 per month while in residency a unique opportunity to ease the transition to practice!
- Sign-On Bonus : $50,000
- Loan Repayment Assistance : Provided
- Relocation Assistance : Provided
- Income Guarantee : First 2 years with RVU incentives available
