We're seeking an AI & Automation Solution Architect to join our growing team.

The AI & Automation Solution Architect develops solutions involving AI and automation to drive accelerated results for our business.

How you'll make us better :

  • Design and implement AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and data sources
  • Partner with third-parties or internal teams to build and maintain reusable components, APIs, and integration patterns for automation platforms
  • Configure and develop automation workflows
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
  • Write scripts and code for data processing, orchestration, and automation logic
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize performance of deployed solutions
  • Partner with department leaders to assess current workflows and identify areas for AI-driven improvement
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for AI and automation initiatives aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee vendor performance, manage SLAs, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards
  • Define and enforce standards for automation development, testing, and deployment
  • Implement monitoring and reporting for automation performance and ROI
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles

Your special skills :

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships across business and technical teams, and external partners
  • Prerequisites for success :

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • Five (5) years of experience in a solution architecture or technical lead position required; healthcare regulated industries preferred
  • Three (3) years of practical experience with AI / ML and automation technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI, or similar platforms Advanced knowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks
  • Advanced proficiency with Python or PowerShell
  • Strong proficiency with RPA tools such as UIPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
  • Strong proficiency with prompt engineering and LLM-based agent development
