The MS(L) (Senior Medical Science Liaison or Principal Medical Science Liaison) is a field-facing representative of US Medical Affairs responsible for engaging in the exchange of scientific data and medical / scientific information with external customers, including healthcare providers, researchers, professional organizations, and decision-makers. They demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer needs and strategic business alignment, connecting the big picture to specific activities.

The Senior / Principal MSL brings insights from the field on research developments, treatment landscapes, and new medical concepts. They identify patterns and trends in KOLs' mindsets and practices across geographies, and assume leadership roles by coaching and mentoring other MSLs and managing special projects.

Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary clinical / scientific resource to HCPs, ensuring awareness and understanding of disease states and Eisai's products.
• Lead congress coverage efforts, coordinate MSL activities, and present scientific and economic data to decision-makers.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and external investigators, providing scientific expertise and guidance.
• Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues, and contribute to strategic planning and special projects.
