JOB DESCRIPTION
Reports to : Executive Director
Summary / Objective : The Project Manager position is responsible for overseeing various aeronautics projects in the US. The Project Manager is responsible for the daily management of a project's lifecycle, coordinating with internal / external project teams and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements as defined within the project work specification and contractual agreement.

- Daily project management through a complete project's lifecycle.
- Participate in the development of cost estimates, RFIs, and RFQs with the REEL global team and customers.
- Support the REEL USA organization in Sales / Commercial activities.
- Interface with customers to understand and define all project requirements.
- Work with suppliers to identify their capabilities as they pertain to a project.
- Develop sub-tier supplier RFQs ensuring quotes align with the customer's RFQ.
- Roll up sub-tier supplier quotes and REEL internal quotes into the final REEL USA quote.
- Develop implementation plans and schedules with all REEL global engineering teams.
- Act as the main point of contact between the customer and the REEL project team.
- Ensure all milestones within a project are met per schedule and customer requirements.
- Monitor various projects simultaneously, including project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Ensure all work performed is within the project scope. Work with customers to develop plans for out-of-scope work and negotiate with REEL USA management for purchase orders.
- Ensure data transmittal between customer and REEL USA complies with contract and security requirements.
- Assist in developing presentation material.

Manage operational aspects of various projects simultaneously.Lead by example, directing and coordinating daily activities.Participate in Weekly & Monthly business development, sales, and project review meetings.Liaise with Executive Team members, Engineering Team members, Sales Department, and Subject Matter Experts within different Divisions of REEL International.Follow all REEL USA Quality & EHS management protocols.Work Environment : While performing the duties of this job, the employee could be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and / or move items over 75 pounds.
