Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

8+ years of experience in creating scalable solutions and managing engineering teams

3+ years of experience in providing feedback to ensure velocity and quality

Technical leadership experience in Generative AI initiatives

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing practices

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
