Compensation : $19 per hour

What you get to do :

  • Supervise daily wardrobe operations including uniform distribution, ID management, and Ambassador support programs.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Operate register for monetary transactions and follow handling procedures defined by the cash handling policies
  • Hemming pants, sewing patches on shirts, alterations as needed
  • Laundry to include operation of washers and dryers (linen, rags, uniforms, etc.)
  • Administer wardrobe guidelines with current and new Ambassadors
  • Maintain daily paperwork and ambassador files
  • Interact with guest by greeting them and providing excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Ambassador Services team, including interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires, while fostering accountability and engagement.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with Ambassadors and Leadership across all park departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs

What it takes to succeed :

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Sewing experience preferred
  • Proficient in computer software and applications (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge and role model of SEA safety, guest service, cleanliness, attendance and wardrobe standards.
  • Learn and effectively use Point of Sale Systems (payment system)
  • Good organizational and writing skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends when needed.
  • Ability to work indoors / outdoors in varying conditions and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, lifting, cleaning).
