About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to help design, program, and deliver advanced control and automation systems that drive efficiency and innovation across manufacturing environments. You’ll work hands-on with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems—taking projects from concept through commissioning while collaborating with talented engineers and clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation solutions for process and machine control systems.

• Program PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA platforms (Allen-Bradley, Ignition, Wonderware, etc.).

• Troubleshoot and optimize control systems during testing, startup, and commissioning.

• Ensure designs comply with industry standards (S88, UL 508A).

• Manage timelines, documentation, and communication throughout project lifecycles.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in automation, controls, or process engineering.

• Proficiency in Allen-Bradley ControlLogix/CompactLogix and RSLogix software.

• Familiarity with HMI development, VFD setup, and OT networking.

• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.
