Chief People Officer (CPO) to drive our People & Culture function with both grit and heart. This is a role for someone who knows how to balance Hawaii’s unique labor laws with modern HR leadership, who can connect with blue-collar crews in the field and executives in the boardroom, and who thrives under the weight of high expectations.
