As a Call Center Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our customer interactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure every client feels valued and supported. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like :

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries with a smile (even if they can’t see it!).
• Providing detailed information about our photo and video services to potential clients.
• ️ Scheduling appointments and managing bookings efficiently.
• ️ Resolving customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our system.
