A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist II to manage full-cycle accounts payable operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison to the offshore AP team, resolving invoice and payment issues
Own the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including supplier onboarding and payment execution
Monitor global AP policies and support compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a global environment
Strong knowledge of P2P processes, AP controls, and tax / VAT requirements
Experience with 1099 processing and reporting
Comfortable using systems and AI-enabled tools for improving workflows
Experience supporting month-end close and audit requests
