Key Qualifications:

✓ Team Leadership - Manage engineers, designers, and CAD operators.
✓ Project Management - Engineer of record for $5M-$75M infrastructure projects.
✓ HVAC & Mechanical Systems - Expertise in boilers, chillers, air handling, BMS upgrades, electrical conversions, and piping.
✓ Design & Documentation - Develop engineering calculations, HVAC load analysis, and construction drawings.
✓ Client & Stakeholder Coordination - Work with architects, contractors, and government agencies (DASNY, CUNY, OGS).
✓ NYC/NYS Code Knowledge - Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
✓ Education & License - BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, NYS PE License required.
