Responsibilities

• Drive investigation of Deviations in Supply Chain by collaborating with peers and internal customers (e.g., Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, IT, Warehouse, and Manufacturing Shared Services).
• Translate and / or write technical business requirements which are compliant, efficient, and effective in QMS.
• Coordinate meetings and presentations with leadership / peers and internal customers to ensure business requirements are met for any Supply Chain activities.
• Develop and maintain technical training material and provide training to users for Infinity System in Supply Chain / Warehouse.
• Collaborate with Scheduling, ERP, Warehouse and other Supply Chain functions to continuously improve and find effective ways to maintain compliance through work practice, standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Understand manufacturing processes and the implementation within the Quality systems at site.
