Solution Line Director

A company is looking for a Solution Line Director, Discrete.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the strategic vision, roadmap, and portfolio for the Discrete solution line

Lead discovery of customer problems, market needs, and industry trends within the Discrete vertical

Drive the solution Bill of Materials (BOM) lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience (7+ years) in product management, solution management, or strategic marketing within the Discrete manufacturing or industrial automation sector

Proven ability to define and own strategic visions, roadmaps, and portfolios for complex solution lines

Deep understanding of customer problems, market trends, and competitive landscapes within the Discrete vertical

Strong cross-functional leadership and team development skills

Demonstrated accountability for revenue growth and successful launch / adoption of new solutions within a vertical
