Our client is seeking experienced Mental Health Therapists to join their behavioral health team within a correctional healthcare environment .
This role is focused on delivering high-quality psychological care to incarcerated individuals through clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, and crisis management, all while promoting emotional stability and behavioral health.
Salary range :
- $110,000 to $130,000 a year Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and clinical assessments via interviews and record reviews.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Deliver therapeutic services including individual counseling and crisis intervention.
- Accurately document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with facility policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive clinical information.
Apply evidence-based practices and psychological treatment methods.
