Job description

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a Merchandise Data Analyst to support key Retail Merchandise Categorization and System Data Clean-up initiatives tied to a major Relex end-to-end Planning System implementation project slated for completion in 2026. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all product and system data are accurate, complete, and standardized to enable efficient planning, forecasting, and replenishment within the new system framework.

Schedule : Monday Friday, Standard Business Hours

What Youll Do :

  • Lead and execute data clean-up and categorization efforts across merchandising systems.
  • Perform hierarchy clean-up and assign accurate style, collection, and digital accessory attributes.
  • Conduct live assortment clean-up in Fusion and Brand Manager platforms.
  • Validate and reconcile product statuses (DD / DC / Active) and help define ongoing processes for item listing maintenance.
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising (VM) to reconcile presentation minimums.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to map transportation, production, and allocation lead times across Fusion, S4, and Brand Manager.
  • Document supplier closure timings and assess impact on order schedules in partnership with Commercial / Vendor Liaison teams.
  • Support MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) cleanup and coordinate order grouping assignments, especially across apparel styles with shared MOQs.
  • Ensure all Master Data components are accurate and consistent to enable seamless system integration within the Relex framework.

What were looking for :

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of retail merchandising systems and product data management.
  • Experience in data governance, hierarchy management, and system clean-up projects.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Fusion, Brand Manager, S4, or Relex is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner across merchandising, supply chain, and commercial teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
