Manager of Instructional Design

A company is looking for a Manager, Instructional Design who will lead the development and evaluation of instructional programs and materials.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with stakeholders to identify learning needs and assess content effectiveness

Develops instructional design strategies that align with learner needs and organizational goals

Oversees project management processes and evaluates the effectiveness of instructional programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in instructional design or related field; Master's Degree preferred

5+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Content Development

2+ years of management experience in a supervisory role

Proficiency in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and LMS

Experience in a Healthcare setting and with call center simulations preferred
