Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Counselor to support students in a K-12 educational setting in Marblehead, MA. This contract position involves working collaboratively with students, families, and staff to promote academic success, social-emotional growth, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students social, emotional, and academic needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create comprehensive support plans
• Conduct assessments and develop strategies to address behavioral or mental health concerns
• Facilitate conflict resolution and crisis intervention as needed
• Promote a positive and inclusive school climate through programs and activities
