Trinity Health Grand Rapids Endoscopy Unit is a 12 bed unit that has 4 procedure rooms.

Summary :

The Registered Nurse facilitates relationship-centered, compassionate, quality care to patients through competent clinical practice and the application of the healing art and science of professional nursing.

Daily Pay Options

What you will do :

Preparation of patients before endoscopy procedure.

Instruct patients about at-home prep for endoscopy procedures.

As part of the procedural team you will be assisting the physician during various endoscopy procedures.

Provide nurse sedation during a procedure.

Post-operative management and discharge of patients in the endoscopy unit

Clean endoscopes according to manufacturer instructions.

What you will need :

Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program

Associates Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.

In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire

Licensed in the State of Michigan

Current BLS

One year of RN experience in a health care setting.

Experience in an acute health care setting preferred; Endoscopy or critical care
