We currently have an opportunity for a Producer .

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve maximum sales volume consistent with individuals and company objectives.
• Identify, develop, and qualify new prospects.
• Qualify and handle leads generated by the company.
• Ensure timely entry of prospects into sales database.
• Contact prospects to set appointment and gain information.
• Prepare and / or present proposals to prospects and clients.
• Develop and perpetuate a loyal customer base in relation to geographic and market considerations.
• Interface with company support staff to review accounts, help determine multi-year strategy, annual service plan, and to assist in the timely and efficient processing of business.
• Coordinate ongoing service for existing accounts with Account Support staff.
• Collaborate with staff to design and maintain appropriate insurance programs for existing accounts.
• Ensure the preparation of accurate and complete applications on new and renewal business.
• Collaborate on preparation of quotes for new and renewal lines of business.
• Cross-sell lines of business for all the company’s capabilities.
• Assume ultimate responsibility for retaining existing accounts.
• Be primary contact with clients for problems of all sorts, significant coverage concerns, and collections.
• Keep informed of changes and trends within the industry to anticipate and respond to profit objectives.
• Conduct business with an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company.

Qualifications

Department : Sales

Required Experience : 5-7 years of relevant experience

Required Travel : Up to 75%

Required Education : High school or equivalent
