This is an unpaid internship.
The Epidemiology Intern will work within the Performance Management and Quality Improvement Team (PMQI). The intern will be a driving force behind the revamping of the Epidemiology SharePoint site along with the review, categorization, and cataloging of both internal and external data requests. The intern will also be responsible for updating the agency’s Clear Impact Scorecards as a primary focus. This includes crafting narratives related to each scorecard and assisting the data analyst with scorecard updates. Additionally, the intern will serve as a member of the Data Subcommittee, contribute to ongoing data analysis needs, and provide administrative support to the PMQI Manager related to tasks involving quality measures, accreditation, and satisfaction. The intern will report to both the PMQI Manager and the Epidemiologist.
Illustrative Duties / Responsibilities :
Education / Experience : Student pursuing Master’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology, Population Health Analytics, or Life Sciences
