We currently have a Full-Time opportunity for an individual who would like to make a career in a not-for-profit organization. We are looking for an individual to work in an organization that helps its customers become self-sufficient.

Position Purpose : Ensure center compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, supervise children during all activities and individualize classroom instruction to prepare participating children to be successful in school.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist and supervise children during all activities.
• Develop and maintain positive communication with parents.
• Assist and participate in developing classroom activities.
• Implement appropriate behavior management techniques
