About The Position

Job Title : Echo Tech

Profession : Tech

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : 1 to 3 years in cardiac ultrasound

License : Current state licensure under the Medical Imaging and Clienttion Therapy Program

Certifications : Certification / registration by CCI or ARDMS (RCS or RDCS), BLS

Must-Have :

• High school diploma or GED, or completion of vocational program in cardiac ultrasound.

Description :

Floating between departments and local locations within a 20-mile radius is required.

Performs all types of Echo / Doppler studies on patients referred by physicians.

Calculates and documents cardiac parameters for inclusion in appropriate report forms.
