As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll assume responsibility for unit operations including patient flow, scheduling, education and leadership to a dynamic staff, bringing quality across all aspects of patient care. You'll foster safety, quality and compassion to help advance our uniquely family-oriented approach.

The start time for this position will be 7pm and the schedule for this position will typically be alternating 3 (12.5 hours shifts) days and 4 days (3 10-hour shifts & 1 7.5-hour shift) per week, 2 full weekend shift a month, can be Saturdays or Sundays . This position is located at New York Presbyterian / Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital.

Preferred Criteria

• Master's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an Emergency Department

Salary Range :

$130,000-$155,000 / Annual
