Carolina PRG is partnering with a Charlotte-based company to recruit an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Operations Specialist. This role blends administrative support with accounting oversight, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage overall office logistics and day-to-day operations.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing support and ensuring a professional experience.
- Oversee inventory of office materials and supplies, ensuring timely restocking and cost-effective procurement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office operations and team efficiency.
- Process and track vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and periodic financial reporting.
- Support budget tracking, departmental expense monitoring, and basic bookkeeping.
- Run internal reports and assist teams with financial documentation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures for financial transactions.
Qualifications :
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.Comfort with technology and familiarity with Excel, MS Office Suite, or other office / financial tools is helpful.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
