Regeneron is looking for a Manager, Global Procurement, with experience in end-to-end procurement strategies / processes and with proven successful global category execution. The Manager, Global Procurement will be part of an amazing team reporting to a Director of Global Procurement- Direct. A typical day might include the following :

• Accountable for supporting the definition and implementation of the global Packaging Category strategy to serve global and regional business needs as assigned
• Works closely with partners to manage discussions related to the Packaging Categories and aligns category priorities with Procurement management and business partners
• Manage negotiations, supplier management activities, and partner engagement activities for the Packaging Category as assigned
• Takes direction to drive value in terms of cost savings, cash flow improvement, and other efficiency savings from category management activities
• Supports Global Procurement by participating in organizational decisions in the Packaging categories with critical short and long-term impact on the success, efficiency, growth, and results of the category team
• Demonstrates knowledge of efficient global procurement organizations and processes within the biopharmaceutical industry to support the growth and evolution of the Global Procurement organization and leverages this knowledge to drive improvements within Regeneron, aligned with corporate priorities

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study plus relevant, progressive experience in procurement, including experience in Pharma / BioPharma.

Salary Range (annually) : $106,400.00 - $173,400.00
