Salary : $55,999
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm

Day your day will look like
In this key role within the IDD Services Division, you will oversee and manage essential training and develop a comprehensive Utilization Management plan tailored to the IDD population. You will design and implement division-wide training curricula and lead workshops for new and existing staff on areas such as DD Waiver and Person-Centered Planning.
Your work will include guiding treatment teams to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, enhancing program-specific training, coordinating with external agencies on in-service opportunities, and actively participating in meetings to identify training and compliance needs. You will also maintain a strong quality management plan, monitor treatment delivery, and conduct audits to ensure full adherence to licensure and Medicaid requirements.

What you need to be successful
To thrive as an IDD Program Specialist, you'll need a solid background in Human Services along with strong training, quality assurance, and case management skills.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field with three (3) years of experience in training development, case management, utilization review, or quality assurance within an IDD / DS setting
OR
Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with seven (7) years of related work experience
