We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent Field Property Specialist to join our Property Management team within a dynamic real estate brokerage. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for a combination of field-based tasks—such as property staging, photography, and inspections—and providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team and tenants.
As a Field Property Specialist , you will play a key role in ensuring our properties are presented in the best light while also acting as a liaison between tenants, property owners, and the Property Management team. Your tasks will include addressing maintenance requests, responding to tenant concerns, and coordinating repairs, all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction. You will also be instrumental in supporting office operations, ensuring efficient processes, and assisting with marketing efforts.
Compensation : $16 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities : Staging Properties :
- Set up and arrange furniture and decor in rental and sales properties to maximize appeal and create inviting, attractive environments for prospective tenants and buyers.
- Ensure all staging is done according to the company's branding and aesthetic guidelines.
Photography :
Take high-quality photos of properties, both staged and vacant, for marketing purposes, including online listings, brochures, and social media.Ensure that all images reflect the property's features in the best possible light.Field Work & Property Inspections :
Drive a truck with a trailer (or be trained to do so) to transport furniture and equipment for staging.Perform property inspections, including move-in, move-out, and semi-annual inspections.Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Property Management team for timely resolution.Monitor and assess property conditions and work closely with maintenance personnel to ensure timely repairs.Customer Service & Maintenance Requests :
Act as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, or maintenance requests. Ensure all requests are handled in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.Work with tenants to schedule repairs and maintenance in a way that minimizes disruption to their living experience.Follow up on completed service requests to ensure tenant satisfaction and proper resolution of issues.Assist tenants with questions about property conditions, community guidelines, and move-in / move-out procedures.Administrative Support :
Support office operations by creating and implementing record-keeping systems for customer data and property records.Help with scheduling appointments for property viewings, inspections, and maintenance work.Maintain organized files for both hard and digital documents related to properties, tenants, and customer interactions.Marketing & Brand Support :
Help build and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns, to promote properties and our company brand.Assist with community events, both in-person and online, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.Bookkeeping & Administrative Tasks :
Help with accounts receivable and payable as required by the team.Generate status reports and provide updates on property management tasks, ensuring that the team stays informed of ongoing projects.Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.Prior experience in property management, real estate, or staging is preferred but not required.Ability to drive a truck with a trailer, or a willingness to learn how to do so.Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on problem-solving and tenant satisfaction.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with photography equipment and photo editing software.Experience in event coordination or community outreach.Previous experience with property inspection software or tools.Knowledge of basic maintenance or repair work, or the ability to coordinate repairs effectively.About Company
