ERP Support Analyst

CIC Group, located in Fenton, MO is seeking an ERP Support Analyst for our Enterprise Application Support Team. The ERP Support Analyst is responsible for first response and general troubleshooting of ERP issues that are routed to the Enterprise Application Team. This analyst will work directly with users to solve business process issues leveraging existing or researched knowledge, technical support skills, packaged solution expertise, while also documenting proven solutions.

DAY IN THE LIFE :

This position is expected to perform general day to day troubleshooting and support of the Vista application and other integrated applications as well as work with other team members to implement software enhancements, requests, and project tasks from business units.

Other duties may include documentation and operational support, application support activities, and additional duties as needed in support of the senior IT staff and business users.

This analyst will work closely with business units and internal customers at all management levels.

This is a hybrid remote position, but some travel may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience supporting ERP systems with a focus in construction and / or accounting is preferred. Vista by Viewpoint ERP software experience is a plus.
• High level of customer support with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SQL and / or Crystal Reports is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree is generally preferred but not required; 4+ years of experience in ERP support will be considered in lieu of a degree.
