Role Summary:
This team will provide, and coordinate participant related administrative services previously delivered by Client Relationship Managers (CRMs). The primary responsibility is to provide support by fulfilling participant-level transactions/requests initiated by participant calls. Representatives will be knowledgeable and able to assist with requests received via phone by the Contact Center, including our Line. Requests will be delivered to this team via Salesforce workflow allowing for potential lower talk times and ultimately reduced call wait times for the Contact Center. In addition, this team will be transaction focused, allowing for more timely processing with increased accuracy.
