Your Role : The Experience Multiplier

As Treatment & Patient Care Coordinator, youll be both the welcoming front line of the practice.

• Be the first and best impressionon the phone and in person
• Problem-solve like a pro when things get busy or messy
• Translate treatment plans into clear, confident conversations
• Execute systems and SOPs to keep the practice humming
• Work closely with the dentist and team to align with the bigger vision
• Keep the schedule flowing (even on those tricky days)

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of working in a dental practice
• Strong organizational and tech skills
