Are you a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician looking for an established, physician-led practice where you can make a lasting impact?

We are actively recruiting for a compassionate, patient-centered provider to join a well-respected practice serving the North Houston and Conroe communities for over 28 years. With two thriving clinic locations and a loyal patient base, this is an excellent opportunity for both experienced physicians and new grads ready to begin their careers in one of Texas most desirable regions.

Practice Highlights :

• Outpatient Only | M-F, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM
• Efficient, Team-Based Model | 1.5 MAs per physician + dedicated front desk / referral staff
• Reasonable Call Schedule | Phone only, one week every 8 weeks (avg. 2-4 calls / week)
• Flexible Appointment Slots | 15 / 30 / 45 minutes
• Patient Volume | Avg. 20-25 patients / day | ~30% Medicare
• EMR : Epic
