As a Senior Go Software Engineer, you will be part of an Engineering team of over 50 members. Collaborate in cross-functional teams comprising Backend and Frontend developers, QA engineers, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers. Our Scrum environment encourages teamwork and innovation to develop and maintain scalable web applications using Go.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Developing and maintaining high-performance backend services in Go for AI voice and analytics workloads.
• Designing and implementing microservices, event-driven architectures, and scalable APIs (REST, gRPC).
• Building systems that handle real-time audio data, streaming pipelines, and AI integrations (speech-to-text, summarization, sentiment analysis).
• Utilizing MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and message brokers such as Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ.
• Deploying and monitoring production systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines on AWS / GCP.
• Collaborating with AI, data, and product teams to construct reliable, high-throughput backend services.
• Ensuring observability, scalability, and fault tolerance across distributed systems.
